Mens Formal is owned by Executive Accessories Pty Ltd, an Australian owned business based in Adelaide.
Mens Formal is a retailer selling direct to the customer. We do not wholesale to other retailers.

Refund & Returns Policy
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, please let us know so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Simply contact us for a return authorisation which will allow your return to be actioned promptly. Where possible an exchange will be provided failing that a refund will be issued. Exchanges and refunds are generally made within one business day of the returned item being received by Mens Formal.
We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and for a replacement to be sent to you.
If you simply changed your mind regarding your product, we are happy to exchange or refund the purchase price providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will not refund you any cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Mens Formal back to you for any exchanged products.
Returns and exchanges on custom-made items will incur a re-stocking fee. This is a fee passed on from the manufacturer and is up to 25% of the cost of the item.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us to allow us to resolve any problems.
Please note that no exchanges and refunds are made until the originally purchased item has been returned.
Delivery
Delivery by Regular Post within Australia is $10.00. However orders over $100.00 are delivered free. A signature is required on all deliveries. If no-one is home the parcel will be taken to the local post office and a card left advising the recipient that this has occurred.
Express Post is available as an option at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, there is a flat fee Australia-wide of $13.95 for Express Post up to 2 kg and $22.00 2-5 kg. Where Mens Formal incurs a special delivery charge from a supplier for sourcing items for individual customers, we reserve the right to pass this cost on to the customer. This will be advised to the customer at the time the order is received.
Unless otherwise specified, credit card and PayPal orders are generally despatched within 48 hours of receipt and should be received within 3-7 business days depending on the delivery address. For offline payment methods, we will endeavour to despatch the order within one business day of your payment clearing. If an item requires manufacturing prior to despatch, this may delay the despatch by 1-2 days.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.
We are happy to deliver to post office boxes within Australia. As with all our deliveries, a signature is required upon collection.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers as a signature is required.
Prices and Payment
All items listed on www.mensformal.com.au are priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Returns on custom made items will incur a re-stocking fee.
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit. There is no surcharge for payments made by credit card.
All credit card transactions are completed via our secure payment gateway. When our online order form asks users to enter contact details and credit card details, that information is protected with Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption software. Your transaction is completed in this secure environment, and your credit card details are not stored on our server. Only your name and delivery details are forwarded to us to match with your order for despatching.
If you wish to pay by bank deposit, payment details will be provided to you upon checkout.
Product Information
All brand name products sold on this web site are 100% authentic. We have endeavoured to display colours as accurately as possible. However because the colour may vary on different computer monitors, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
Prices displayed are inclusive of GST. Prices quoted and bonus offers are applicable only while stocks last.
